Some projects start finished, awaiting only their creation. By that I mean they begin with a concept, and the project is therefore nothing other than a journey of realisation - setting in motion what is already set in mind.
This was not one of those projects.
(S)he wasn't born in a moment. (s)he developed and grew over a time in my life, during which I too discovered myself anew.
The pieces were individual memories, written in their own moments in time, brought together only once I had time to sit and reflect - once I realised that the only things they had in common, were;
me,
my experiences,
and them -
the two people whose presence has moulded the last few years and without whom this project would never have found its meaning.
